Affiliate programme terms

1. Joining the programme

Applications are subject to approval by Scorpion Automotive Limited. Approval is programme-specific, non-transferable and may be suspended or withdrawn where these terms are breached.

2. Responsible promotion

Partners must represent Scorpion brands accurately, use approved assets, comply with advertising, privacy and consumer law, and clearly disclose that qualifying links or codes may earn commission. Paid search on Scorpion brand terms, misleading claims, self-referrals, spam and cookie stuffing are prohibited.

3. Attribution

A referral is attributed when a valid Partner Hub tracking link or assigned discount code is recorded against an eligible Shopify order. Scorpion’s order and refund records are authoritative. Duplicate, fraudulent, cancelled, test or ineligible orders do not earn commission.

4. Commission

The applicable rate is shown in Partner Hub. Commission is calculated on merchandise value after discounts, excluding VAT, delivery and refunded amounts. It is held for the validation period shown for that programme membership after Shopify records payment. Partial refunds reduce commission proportionately; full refunds cancel it. A later refund may create a reversal for finance review.

5. Finance

Confirmed commission may be included in a finance batch and marked sent or paid in Partner Hub. Payment timing and any invoicing requirements will be agreed with the partner. Scorpion may withhold disputed or suspected fraudulent amounts while investigating.

6. Accounts and security

Partners must keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected compromise. Portal data may only be used to manage the partner’s own participation.

7. Ending participation

Either party may end participation by written notice. Access and active links may be disabled immediately where necessary for security, fraud, legal compliance or material breach. Accrued eligible commission remains subject to validation, refunds and these terms.

8. Liability and changes

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Scorpion may update these terms prospectively and will record the applicable version. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
