Partner Hub privacy notice

Scorpion Automotive Limited is the controller for personal information used to operate Partner Hub.
Information we use
We use contact and account details, programme memberships, tracking-link visits recorded as pseudonymous hashes, attributed order and commission records, installation information, uploaded certificates, security events and administrator audit logs. We do not intentionally store customer card details in Partner Hub.
Why we use it
We process information to administer the affiliate agreement, attribute referrals, calculate commission, provide installation records, secure the service, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests in operating and improving the programme.
Sharing and international transfers
Information is shared only as needed with authorised Scorpion staff, Shopify, hosting, authentication and email-delivery suppliers, professional advisers and authorities. Where a supplier processes information outside the UK, appropriate transfer safeguards must be used.
Retention
Applications that are not approved are normally retained for 12 months. Click-level pseudonymous data is retained for 13 months. Security and audit logs are normally retained for 24 months. Contract, referral, commission and finance records are retained for six years after the relevant relationship or accounting period, unless a longer period is legally required.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, restriction, portability, objection or erasure where applicable. Some records cannot be erased immediately where they are needed for legal claims, tax, accounting, security or fraud prevention. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
